Our founding team possesses deep industry expertise in construction management. CEO Zhuoyuan Li, a Purdue University graduate in Construction Management and Data Analytics, has over 7 years of experience managing construction projects, focusing on day-to-day jobsite management and improving work efficiency. Co-founder Zelong Li has been deeply rooted in the industry for over 10 years, offering extensive experience in on-site construction management and delivering projects from start to finish. Leveraging our solid technical expertise, the team is dedicated to providing clients with efficient, high-quality construction services.
Together, our team has completed 65+ projects across the Bay Area, working closely with trusted designers, architects, engineers, and subcontractors. We believe that successful construction is not based on guesswork, but on a reliable system: clear planning, accurate communication, disciplined execution, and strong quality control.
